Rooted in Bristol (Premiere)
Rooted in Bristol is a documentary celebrating the contribution that people of African heritage have made to Bristol’s green spaces.
Specifically those creating and sustaining kitchen gardens across the allotment communities in Bristol over many decades.
Exploring individual histories and stories, this film raises the question as to who has access to green spaces and what are the barriers that exist to obtaining that access.
This screening will be followed by a Q&A curated by Afrika Eye featuring members of the Rooted in Bristol team.
(Just to note, Watershed screening times are subject to change).
